Refund Policy
Returns Policy
Return Window
- Customers will have 30 days to initiate a product return. Please see eligibility, shipping and refund process.
Reporting Discrepancies or Damage:
- Report all discrepancies or damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- All returns Attracts a 20% restocking fee.
Inspection and Notification:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of receipt.
- We will then immediately update you on the refund status after inspection.
Refund Process:
- If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed 30 days from the end of the month in which the return is approved.
Additional Charges
Incorrect or Late Information:
The Supplier may charge additional fees if costs are incurred due to:
- Inadequate or incorrect information/material provided by the Customer, or
- Information/material supplied later than required for timely service.
Restocking Fee:
- A 20% restocking fee may be applicable if the Customer returns the goods.
Other Additional Charges:
- Cancellation of an order by the Customer that results in a loss to the Supplier.
- Storage costs for goods not collected within 1 week of being manufactured, fabricated, created, or formed.
- Photocopying, courier, packing, or handling charges not included in the original Quote.
- Government or council taxes/charges not included in the Quote.
- Any additional work required by the Customer, or any other occurrence that results in extra costs to the Supplier beyond the quoted price.
Acceptance of Goods
Acceptance Clause:
- If the Customer fails to advise the Supplier in writing of any fault in the Goods or any failure of the Goods to accord with the Customer’s Order within 24 hours of delivery, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods.
- This means the Customer is considered to have accepted that the Goods are not faulty and do indeed accord with the Customer’s Order.
Note:
- Nothing in this clause affects the Customer’s rights regarding any alleged failure of a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
